  1. Im glad to hear that I am not the only one frustrated. I was sleeved 2/15/11 dropped 23 pounds in two weeks and haven't lost anything since. I am doing everything Im supposed to do. The scale is not moving, if it does it moves up. It is very frustrating when you are only eating 3/4 oz at every meal. I only drink Water. I haven't gotten the okay to exercise and it has been too cold to start walking. I did read that the 3 - 5 week mark is very tough to loose weight, but that is not what you want to hear after going through what we went through.
  2. My nutritionist didn't advise putting anything into the Protein shake. i was having problems, gagging and vomiting and she suggested unjury Protein shakes, which you can only get online It took getting used to, but it is not that bad, chocolate splender is the best. Had my surgery 2 weeks ago, 24 pounds down!! good luck I've read a lot of others posts pertaining to Post-Op diets, but I am somewhat confused still about the liquid stage and protein drinks. My question is: Are we allowed to add stuff (fruits, PB, syrups, yogurt, SF Jello powders, etc...) into our protein drinks/shakes in the full liquid stage? I CANNOT stand the smell or after taste of the protein drinks, but have found that if I can add a little PB, syrup, etc...I can handle it.
