  2. Hi all.... I had my sleeve procedure one week ago. It was an open procedure and I feel like I am improving but just never can do what most people are saying on this. I am sick of eating/drinking protein shakes and don't like most of them. I have one favorite that I got in my book from my doctor. Does anyone have any good recipes for protein shakes? Maybe some that taste pretty good:) I also wanted to know if anyone had the open procedure and how long it took to really feel good. I have to go back to work in a week and was wondering now if I am going to be ready to do so....I would appreciate any feedback!! Thanks!
