    I am not sure if I am approved or not...I recieved a letter from my insurance and it said "your request for predetermination of benifits for 43775 has been reviewed. TRS-Active Crea does provide coverage for this service. However, predetermination does not guarentee payment. Benifits are always subject to other applicable TRS-Active Care requirements, such as preexisting conditions, limitations, payment of preiums, and eligibility at the time care and services are provided..." Has anyone received a letter like this and can explain what it all means?
