Hi everyone i am new here but i have a question... I love Water i would drink it from time i woke up to bed durning the night My questions is how much water should i drink at a time how often i read a sip every 10 mins but thats nuts i get a 3 oz cup fill it with water or crystal light and i spoon it in till the cup is epmty is this ok???

I am 7 days post op, i am going crazy too with the protein but i have it in my head..... I eat to LIVE not LIVE to eat like before just choke it down and go about it ur day thats what i have been doing LOL

Hello there, i just had VSG done 1/3/11 its now 1/7/11 i was woundering if you can explain to me how your first couple of weeks went. i haveing some pain not taking pain meds. i am thinking that its gas. i took Gas x and been burbing any info would be great. thank you so much look forward to hearing from any of you virginia

Hello there, I have a few questions,i was woundering if you would like to help. I just has my VSG on 1/3/11 its now 1//711 i have been eating my protein shakes and water some crsytal lights. Last night i startd having some pain in my lower stomach i feel like its gas. So i took some gas X and i been making my self burb everytime i drink but now i cant get burbs out all the time. i was woundering if you can tell me about how your first weeks were for you. its hard to sleep at night too. i am not taking my pain meds. Hello there, I am writing you to ask a few question,if you have the time. I just had VSG on 1.3.11 its now 1.7.11, i am home now everything seems to be going ok i think. just last night i started having some lower stomach pains, i was thinking it was gas. i have been trying to force myself to burb, but i cant everytime.do you think that you can tell a few things about the frist weeks home after your surgery.. thank you for reading this look forward to hearing back from you.....
