    I'm 10 weeks out and down about 60 lbs. I definitely noticed a difference in my swing... seemed much more controlled. I was still pretty fresh the last few holes... before the procedure I was getting worn out towards the end of the round... I will say that I was sore as hell the next day!

    How it was explained to me is... If you eat six meals a day, they are afraid that you won't have the time to get all your fluids in. They don't want you to drink while eating because it will help mush up the food and possibly allow you to eat more...
