  1. I am scheduled for my Gastric Sleeve procedure on December 6, 2010. I'm both nervous and excited! I just started my PreOp liver shrinking liquid diet and it is going to kill me! lol I am 5'11" and weigh 310lbs. I love eating obviously! The only things I am allowed to eat now are sugar free jello, light yogurt, broths, water, sugar free popcicles, and isopure protein drinks. Thanksgiving is this coming Thursday and my doc says he will allow me to eat ONE SUPER light meal that day. He's talking 2 bites out of each thing! lol I refuse to cheat other than that but the lack of calories and caffine is giving me headaches already and I'm exhausted! I need words of advice to help me make it through this. It kills me that I'm already struggling and I haven't even had the procedure yet. I don't want to struggle this early in the game.
