  1. I have noticed alot of people stating that their doctor's have told them they would only loose 65% of their excess weight. I was shocked when I read this. My Doctor told me that I could loose as much as I wanted to or needed to with the sleeve. He never mentioned the 65%. I was sleeved on November 5, 2010, and I have already lost 75 lbs and still loosing!!!! So, I just pray that my weight loss doesn't stall anytime soon because I am at 50% loss.
  2. Thanks Tiff, you always know how to put things in perspective!
  3. I am 6.5 weeks post op and have lost 53 lbs. However, every 10th pound is hell to loose. Once I hit the 10th pound mark, it takes about 1 week for the scale to start going down again. I was wondering if anyone else had problems like this?!
  4. I am 8 days out of surgery. What does searing pains feel like?
  5. I am a little concerned. When I swallow anything, as soon as it gets to the top of my stomach, I have a sharp pain that lasts about 3-5 seconds and then goes away. Other than this, I feel great. Has anyone else experienced this?
  6. I had my sleeve surgery on November 5th. I am feeling pretty good. I just want real food for a change! I want a boiled egg or a sweet potato anything but liquids! Can anyone tell me how they beat this feeling. I have lost 10 lbs since surgery day!
