  1. Great job! Be proud of this accomplishment!
  2. I am with you too . Surgery day for me tomorrow too. Enough is enough! Let's do this!! Keep in touch and let us know the good, bad and the ugly. Good luck!
  3. I am so incredibly excited and nervous. This has been at least two years in the making and I can't believe it's finally here. These past two months have came incredibly fast. I feel like I am going to a funeral tomorrow (for food). How weird is that? What if I wake up and decide I made the worst decision ever? What if I don't wake up? Aaaah! Wish me luck peeps. I will keep in touch with my surgery experience. I sure have appreciated everybody else's stories.
  4. Ha ha ha! You girls are funny! I hope I can get back into BEAST MODE! Just plucking daisies over here *sigh*
  5. I had my heart set on the sleeve but after doing the upper GI and Bravo test I found out I have GERD which is a big no-no for the sleeve according to my doctor. I also found out I was borderline diabetic and the RNY would be a better choice for me. Let the doctor help you decide what's best for you and don't let a week or two of work hold you back from making a decision that is going to affect you for the rest of your life. Good luck!
  6. Date is scheduled for Monday Dec. 30th. It all has been happening so fast this past month or so. On my liquid diet, starving, headachey and talking to my liver and telling it to shrink lol
  7. I have my surgery scheduled for New Years Eve also! We will have to do an "air cheers" to each other that afternoon P.S. They moved it up one day to Dec. 30th!
