    I'm right there with you ... started liquids on 8/30 and surgery is 9/13 -- down 15.5 lbs so far! You can do this! I can do this! it was really hard at first but it is getting easier. I went to the grocery store today and most of the food didn't even look appetizing - crazy?!? Good Luck! kira
