  1. I would like to find a buddy in SA that has had their sleeve done as well, I think having someone to talk to will help me make better choices and maybe even exercise with! Anyone out there?
  2. I had my surgery on July 22 and although I had no complications with the actual sleeve surgery I did end up with pneumonia for 2.5 weeks. It was hell to say the least. I hope you feel better and yes it does get better. I thought I wouldn't make it when I was in the hospital, but I am here and kickin! Feel better!
  3. I had my surgery on 22 July.....I have started getting a little concerned as I have gained 3 lbs......Is this normal? Here is my weight loss so far: February 22: 233lbs May 22: 219 July 22 (surgery day): 219 3 week post: 198 Aug 12: 194 Aug 29: 198 Does anyone experience the roller coaster with their gastric sleeve?:tongue_smilie:
