    Hello everyone. Im Barbie_70. 41 years old next month. September 9 on my bithday Im going to have my vsg in Stockholm. I wonder all you who get surgered, after 6 months or 1 year how many oz are you eating per meal? In US you have very good experience but in Sweden they are not with surgery like this and I am very scared if I really can do with drinking and eating and maybe cant find the stuff you eat and drink. I really need coching, have nobody else can helping me go across this. Today Im 90 kg. I want to be 60 kg again. Have you any advise to me???
