    Hi Everyone, My name is Martyn and I had my gastic sleeve op on 9th July here in the UK best decision of my life I started my journey @ 177.6 and in just 19 days which includes a week of liquids prior to the op I have already lost 16.6KG's I am so delighted. While I am here can anybody tell me how to make one of those tracker things I'm not very computer literate so I apologise in advance:confused1:
