Hello, I am hoping that someone out there can give me some words of advice. My name is Heather and I am 30yrs old. i have gone through just about every step and my dr's office has scheduled me for surgery (VSG) for 07/14. I couldn't be more excited. I got a call from the dr's office today and they told me that even though my insurance has just started approving the VSG (as of 05/19). The BMI needs to be over 50%. I am not at 50%. I am 44.5%. I still have not had any children because I suffer from PCOS; the dr. actually talked me into this surgery because he said that it would be more beneficial to me and if I was to become pregnant.., I don't want to believe that I went though all of this to get be rejected....Please someone out there...... anyone.....any words of advice??? Please help. Thank you

Hello, My name is Heather. I am new to this thread. I was just wondering if anyone here has gone through what I am going through...with success. I am 30 years old and I have PCOS (Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome) I have been unable to get pregnant due to my weight, and this disease.
