My husband and I and our daughter all had surgery. Mine was May 10, 2010 (Sleeve), So far I have lost 63 lbs. My husband and daughter had their surgery on July 12, 2010 (RNY) So far my husband has lost 45 lbs and our daughter has lost 30 lbs. We all have done very well. Best thing I've ever done, wish I had done it years ago but couldn't muster up the courage. I feel so much better. Before, I could actually feel myself dying. I had come to a cross road in my life and I chose this to live. No regrets. I went to Midtown Surgical Specialists with Dr. Blaney in Augusta, Ga They also have support groups twice a month at Trinity Hospital for those who need support. Hello! I am from South Carolina but my surgeon is in Ga. I will be getting the sleeve Monday morning.

Will be having surgery Monday morning at 8:00. I am so nervous and a little scared.
