    I had surgery Dec 4, 2010, down 34 lbs but struggling. I have not seen the scale move in 5 days. I am getting very discouraged and I am hoping to find someone for support and encouragement. I am 36 with with two daughters 19 and 8. If there is anyone out there willing to by my buddy, please respond. thanks a bunch

    hello everyone! i am new to the forum and had surgery dec 4, 2010 and have lost 33 lbs. and am no longer losing. please help me I am so frustrated and dont understand it. i have a protein shake which usually lasts me to the end of my work day, oatmeal, banana, egg with fat free cheese the rest of the day. i only drink probably 16 oz of water a day. help me
