  1. I'm at week 4 and have stalled also. How do you get past it and jump start ur weight loss again?
  2. Lol.. I need to take the battery out of mine too. I'm 5'4... OMG... I'm only 2 weeks out and I'm sooo tired of liquids already... Any suggestions, creative ways to get them in. Diluted juices go down pretty good and so does water.. The protein shakes are killing me though.. I bought some unflavored protein pwdr to put in my juice and Crystal light.. Anyone ever try that?
  3. Lol... Potato chip shake. Someone may try it. Starting weight: 310 Pre-op weight: 296 1 week post op: 287 .... I'm not sure what my expected weight loss shld be but I'm down 23 lbs in 3 weeks. That makes me happy.
  4. I would love some tips. I'm 7 days out and only averaging 30gms protein and maybe 40oz fluid per day... I always feel full, so it's hard to get liquids in.
  5. Lol... I haven't tried sucking chicken skin. But I have licked my fair share of sour cream and onion Pringles... Just having the taste in my mouth makes me feel like I've eaten some.
  6. March 24th... Getting better each day..
  7. Hi Tonya, I'm also 6 days post-op. Each day is getting better. I'm still struggling to get 64oz fluid/60 gms protein in each day. On clear liquids for 3 weeks.
