  3. most of my weight i had lost in the first year, i still fluctuate though. i haven't had to exercise really, the only reason would be to tone up. As far as appetite, you do get some back but you want to be careful to not overdue it. it does take time to get to know your limits. its not as easy as you think but you will get to know and adjust to the lifestyle. it is so totally worth it though. i wouldn't take it back dot anything in the world. good luck to you all and let me know how you guys do! Im excited for you all.
  4. Good luck! Let me know how it goes! You will love it. Hard to get used to at first but once you figure out your new tummy and its limits, pounds just start shedding. Most awesome feeling in the world. Keep me posted!
  5. When are you having yours done and where at?
  6. I wish you the very best. Where are you having yours done at?
  7. I had a little hair loss and my hair is really thick. It wasn't like chunks of hair was falling out in the shower or anything but it is something you recognize. It seems to get a little thin but now my hair seems just fine. I take vitamins all the time and drink protein drinks to this day. I think that has helped me.
  8. I had my sleeve done it will be three years in October. I will just say it was the best thing i could have ever done! I was 216 before i had my surgery, my goal was to get to 145 because after all that's a significant amount of weight to lose. However i now weigh 111! It is life changing. I wouldn't take it or my experience back for anything. If you are thinking about doing it, i say go for it. Yes its a huge decision and it does require you to change your current lifestyle but you won't regret it, if your wanting to make a change. Good luck everyone!
