  1. Great info. thanks for posting! I'll check it out, but how is the flavor? :lol0:
  2. Can someone tell me how to create / post a weight loss ticker? I found the application, but not sure how to post it. Thanks! :lol0:
  3. This info. helps me too. I'm new to this blog today. I am almost 3 weeks post-op and I think I am going to have to slow down on the transition to solids. I think I kinda skipped the 'mushies' stage and tried to eat things that are a little too hard on my 'new' stomach. Still lot's of gas and pain, so this makes sense...
  4. I am almost 3 weeks post-op and still feel pretty awful. I am getting very discouraged.
  5. I am on day 19 post op and I have still not returned to work yet. At first I had a lot of energy and probably tried to do too much too soon, but I have been transitioning to solids and maybe that is the problem.. It seems I am having too much pain considering I am almost 3 weeks out! Sometimes the pains are sharp (left side)... I saw my doc last Thursday and he said pain was normal, but it scares me a little - I just want to know if this is normal, because I thought I would be back to work already and I thought the pain would be gone. I did have hernia surgery along with my sleeve and my doc said I had one of the worst hiatal hernia's he has ever worked on... maybe that has made the recovery longer???? Can anyone relate?
  6. Hi Linda, This is Linda R from Katy. My surgery was on July 28. This is my first post to this blog. Could you tell me how to post my tracker? I made one, but just don't know how to display it. Thanks! :001_smile:
