    I am 13 months out from VSG and am so happy I had this surgery done. Your body will accomodate whatever exercise you do(after six weeks), you may just need to eat a little more. Good luck, you will love your sleeve!!:thumbup1:

    I take a Prilosec everyday, that keeps myheartburn in check. I also take a couple of Rolaids before I go to bed.
