Hi I'm new as well and my surgery date is oct. 29th. I'm so excited and same here have struggled with my weight since I can remember I'm 5'3 and weigh 216 I really really hope I lose weight and start living!!! I want to be healthy and live life!!! I feel down and depressed and just absolutely no motivation to enjoy life , I hope to make friends on this forum and learn things from everyone and there experiences

Well I'm a newbie and in the process of trying to get the lapband that is why I'm on here to learn more about it and see and read the great accomplishments and struggles I hope I succeed and have been doing my research I'm gonna give it my all and hope for the best thanks for the info anything can help me and others just like me, hope all is well and wish u tremendous success!!!!

Ok hi you guys my name is Laura I'm from Chicago and I'm barely in the process of my 6 month evaluation before putting in request for lapband , I'm super excited just to learn new things from the dietician I went to my first class today and still need 5 more visits to see her before even putting in my request to my insurance I really hope I get accepted and just hopeing and wishing for the best!!! I enjoy reading all ur success stories and seeing pictures I'm so happy for you all I also have came across some pictures and I'm so excited for all of you's for ur hard work and tremendous success!!!
