  8. It will change your life, you will feel normal again give it time.. The increased energy and being able to play outdoor with my niece kid for longer makes it all worth while to me.
  9. I find sipping water slowly well help force food through, but when that fails bring it up is the only option leaving food stuck not only causes pain but can cause damage. I shove my fingers down and force myself to bring it up when this happens
  10. I had surgery for the lap band three months ago and have 2.5 mls of fluid in my band so far I haven't lost any weight post surgery, is this normal, at was stage during the fill process did you start losing weight?
