  1. I'm going to increase my protein hopefully this helps. I don't have fluid in my band yet. I'm scheduled for my first fill on 11/18/13.
  2. I'm in my second week post op. I began the phase two diet and I am hungry all the time. What can I do about this ? I was advised to only eat 12 ounces of food a day.
  3. Hope your doing well ! How did your surgery go ?
  4. Thanks iLora my surgery went great. I started the phase two diet and I'm back to work. I have no complaints at this time, I've lost 20 lbs so far.
