  1. I had mine done through The Hospital Group and had it fitted at their branch in Birmingham. I find their aftercare is good and they have branches all over
  2. Hi My band was fitted empty and is a 10cc band. I have had a number of small fills and like you am now at 4 and am at restriction. Think how much you need in there is very different from person to person. If you are feeling full already at mushy stage I always find I am fuller even quicker with solid food so it may be that 4 is enough for you
