  2. My surgeon and Nut have not given me a specific diet to follow pre op.... Is southbeach good? I am not losing anything and need some sort of help lol

  4. I am not sure.... The nut put me on this healthy low carve, high protein but co workers are killing me with the darn chocolate!
  5. Trying so hard to do good on this pre op diet.... I am so used to self sabotaging! Uggg....

  7. She has researched it... They say it is rare, no consolation for you all going through it But it is also from mineral imbalance

  9. It has only taken me 3 years! Lol but I have chosen rny for my journey! My HW was 270lbs, my 1st surgeon meeting (3/11/13) I was 256lbs, been on Weight Watchers for the 3rd time. I am so excited for this journey! Anyone from Ma/NH??
