  1. The shakes are kinda thick, but nectar has many flavors that are good twisted cherry seems to be popular here. I like it.
  2. I live in central Tx where are you?
  3. Every time I read a post like this I thank God my husband is retired military. I have to pay $25, but only had to get a referral from pcp and the surgeon requires the nutritionist and psych appt. I wish I could share insurance with you. Seems like they should weigh the cost of not having surgery vs the cost of having it. If they did I'm sure many more would be approved
  4. I'm on the 9th! I'll let you know how it goes
  5. Reading threads also. I had to see nutritionist and psych and that's it. We have Humana military. Also I finished all appts on the 12 and got my day on the 16 of Aug. So sad that some have to go thru shoo much for this. Started my protein diet yesterday for surgery on the 9th. Very nervous and excited. Though I need to loose weight (bmi is 36) I mostly s dBm doing this to"cure" diabetes and high bp. The diet was bad yesterday but better today. Lots of broth and fluids is the key, ie Crystal lite. Hugs to all my Sept bandster buds.
