Howdy all. I am sure you are all in bed, except maybe JC, being that it is 9 pm here. But I wanted to say hello and let you know I am going to the doctor tomorrow. I am thinking I will ask for a small fill maybe a 1 cc fill. Then I will be at 6cc's. I don't know what to do. I am restricted at times and get stuck on everything and then at other times I am not restricted at all. It is strange and confusing and all that. J, the shirt is a boob fest. Oh, and guess what? I bought my first pair EVER of thong panties. I think they look ridiculous but love the way they feel with jeans on. LOL....I know BG wears them, I am getting a lot of loose skin in the stomach area and hate the way it looks. I am having a hell of a time getting any exercise in, I did do the jogging program today and I love the way it makes me feel, AFTER THE FACT.....really hate it while I am doing it though!!! I hate the drama of eigth grade. HATE IT!!!

I have not posted all of my exercise lately and I am ashamed!!! LOL... Sunday p.m. week 4 of couch to 5k again. I think I am staying on this week for awhile. I like it.

Hi all, I just wanted to spread some encouraging words with those who have sleep apnea and use a c-pap. I am down almost 80 pounds and have not used mine in a week and a half. It has been WONDERFUL!!! One night I did wake up not breathing but I was sleeping on my back. If I sleep on my side or stomach I am fine. What a nice thing to have happen in under six months of banding, not wearing that stupid mask anymore. EVER!!! :whoo:

Try taking Airborne. It works great. Everytime someone in the house starts to feel a little sick, we all take it and no one ends up sick. I don't how it works, but it does. You have to take it as soon as you feel it coming on though. If you wait, you can still take it it just won't knock it out completely. You may still get sick, but it won't be as bad. Try it. I know several people that take it and they all agree it is great!!

JC, Listen. You are awesome. You KNOW you are awesome. You have accomplished more than most people can accomplish in a LIFETIME in a year. It is NOT your fault your band went haywire. It did and now you are starting again in a new place. That is what I keep telling myself. I am not finding the time and not really even wanting to find the time to exercise all that much. I feel like I am being sucked of the enthusiasm that I once had to do this whole band thing. I laid off myself finally and then lost 1.5 pounds. HOW? I have no idea....I hear ya on the band fickleness though. One day everything is just fine, the next there is not way anything is going down. Did I tell you all that I have one of those big exercise balls that you can do sit ups on and such? It works wonders for stuck food too. Rolling around on top of it somehow helps push stuck food through. Mine costs like 14 dollars and they are like a big hippety hop for adults. HMMMMM WONDER WHAT ELSE I COULD USE IT FOR????

I think you are having anxiety attacks over this. Relax sweetie. It will all be ok. You are just nervous and are on overtime with what ifs. Remember back when you had your band???? Take Airborne. The stuff really really works.
