  1. I've lost 100 lbs and have maintained it very well. Maintained for 5 months. I'm finding myself snacking more with slider foods and I'm getting worried. Anyone else find themselves in this spot? How did you get back on track?

  3. Ok. I've hit a stall and was curious if it was worth anything. Just keep on keeping on!
  4. Curious if any of you supplemented your weightloss with this supplement. ??

  6. Semply, take it easy. Make sure you drink lots of water and drink some Isopure clear to get in your protein. Glad you are home!

  8. Same here. Sugar still doesn't set well with me which is absolutely fine. Great job on the weightloss!
  9. I haven't yet. Are they good?
  10. Been reading your posts. I too am in DFW and Dr. Adam Smith is my surgeon. I was sleeved on Nov. 18. Doing ok. Don't progress too fast. I know the foods can seem boring but you'll get there. I promise. You don't want to cause any issues with your new stomach. So happy for all of you guys and glad you are doing well!!
  11. Awesome success! I too was sleeved on Nov. 18. Have you been cleared to eat anything or have you been on protein drinks for a long period of time.

  13. Mine said 70-90 g of protein daily from pre-op on. Protein will help that weight drop.
  14. Pre-op is hard. Mine was only 2 weeks long and was nothing but a liquid diet, no meals. I did everything I could to stay preoccupied. My doctor would not operate if I didn't shrink down my liver. I didn't want to show up for surgery and be turned away. You can do it. Believe me, if I could do it you can. So many of us on here didn't think we could. Just keep your eyes on the prize!

  16. That is awesome!! How far out are you post-op?
  17. So helpful. Thank you both.
  18. I have just started my 4th week post op. Looking for high Protein options for food. I have found some high protein I can find low or no sugar/low carb but I find the fat is a little high. Are you guys seeing this too? Also, Laughing Cow light cheese wedges - are these ok?
  19. Thanks!!
  20. As a sleeve patient 3 wks post op and drinking protein shake after protein shake, can we have peanut butter? I was considering adding some to my shake. Low fat, low sugar. Is there one out there that works for us?
