  1. Im super excited for the future. Started my lap band journey on July 18th by going to my first seminar but didnt have my consultation till the 25th! Omg everyone in the office was so nice. Idk I felt kind of ashamed being there and when they took my weight I cringed!, but them realized umm duhh this place is for weight loss. I guess I was more upset I let it get this far. My weight 268 with a height of 5'2. IDK how everyone elses consult went but I met with the insurance coordinator, dietician, the Surgeon, The coordinator or surgery. They told me everything I needed to do. So this whole month of august is testing and more testing. Surgery scheduled for October 21th! Sorry long post!
