  1. Hi. I was banded on a Friday and went back to work on the following Monday. I have a desk job and it was tough the first two days. I had terrible shoulder pain. Luckily, I have an office with a door and I was able close the door and lie down on my left side every so often and it helped with the pain. Good luck to you! Michelle
  2. Hi! I'm new to the board. I was banded on 3/2/07 by Dr. Spivak in Houston, Texas. I'm so happy that I finally did this for myself. I've lost 12 pounds and 9 inches so far. I had my first fill on Friday and I'm feeling great. I just wanted to introduce myself to the board. I'm looking forward to being part of the group! Thanks! Michelle
