Hi Crazy Mama. I'm like you,I am actually going to mx to have my surgery by Dr.Ortiz in August. I have found Fill centers USA about 1.5 hrs from my house. I live just outside st.louis,mo and there are a lot of drs that don't want to see a patient from mx. I guess they don't want to take the risk or something. So look into Fillcentersusa.com. I find their prices are average compareed to a lot of other drs. Hope this helped!

Regarding a fill dr, I am using Fill Center USA. They have one in Farmington,Mo about 1.5 hrs south of St.Louis. If you go to their website I think they are going to open one in Little Rock. Fillcentersusa.com Their initial visit is 299.00 and fills are 155.00 but does not include fluroscopy and I think that is an additional 75-100.Any more questions let me know. Dactyl

Michael,I am also fairly new to this site but what I can tell you is that I have decided to go to Dr.Ortiz in TJ. I have literally done hundreds of hours of research on most of the Drs in Mx including calling a lot of the boards they belong to for info. I am confident that I am making the right choice. Don't go to someone because they are cheap,make your decision on the person who has the experience. Dr.Ortiz does charge 8500.00 not including airfare, for me airfare will be another 400.00 from st.louis,mo. I plan on having my surgery in August as long as money works out, I have credit issues too. I'm trying to get an equity loan.

I have decided to go to Dr.Kuri in Tijuana. He is charging me 7500 for everything except airfare. My only question is how much $ do you need while you are in Mx for things like food and incidentals?

I am wanting to know if anyone can recommend a dr in the stl area to do fills. I am wanting to have someone in mind before I do my surgery in Mx next month.

I am new to the forum and have a question regarding the fills? When you get the surgery does the Dr. fill it at that time or do you have to get it done later? Can anyone recommend someone in the Missouri area to do the fills?:confused:

This is my first posting and have many questions. My ins. won't pay for the surgery and have decided to go to Mexico but I'm debating between several Docs. Any input would be greatly appreciated.:help:
