  2. My Dr. said a pound a week is healthy. I think it's easy to expect more because we hear the stories of huge loses in a short time so we feel like we are failing another diet. You may have months you don't lose at all and other where you see a nice big drop. Also, you may need some extra fiber. When you eat lots of protein it can slow the digestive process. Hang in!
