Has this ever happened to anyone? After eating too much fiber, a uncomfortable bloating occurs with a pounding heartbeat and feeling faint. It passes after gas passes. It happened twice in 1 1/2 years. -

Nice to read where we are a year later. I was banded 7-29-13 and down 67 lbs. I started cheating 3 mos ago and haven't loss during those 3 mos. I hope I'm back on track now that school has finished. One day at a time. -

Nice to read where we are a year later. I was banded 7-29-13 and down 67 lbs. I started cheating 3 mos ago and haven't loss during those 3 mos. I hope I'm back on track now that school has finished. One day at a time. -
I was banded 7/29/13. Loss 67 lbs. Three fills...up to 6 cc in my band. I feel the restriction is adequate, when eating healthy. However, I can surprising eat a lot of greasy, sugary food.

I had a hiatal hernia and constant reflux. Since my lapband on july 29, 2013, I have not yet to have heartburn nor reflux. Down 50.5 lbs -
I have to tell the world. As of this morning, I lost 50lbs in 3.5 months. I have 1.5 cc in my band and feel restricted enough, however I'm starting to get hungry in the afternoons. Time for another fill?

Banded 7/29. I had one fill of 1 1/2 cc. I feel in the green zone. I'm restricted in a way that makes me feel like a normal eater. I lost 46.8 lbs so far which is more than halfway to my goal. I watch calories by tracking everything on the app...my fitness pal. Not exercising and not drinking all the water suggested. If I walked everyday the results would be even better. -

I feel the same way, heather. After a visit to my doctor he agreed no fill was necessary, however he said when I started gaining and wanted a fill there's a long way to go from empty. He decided to just put 1 1/2 cc in my band. I feel very little difference.
