  1. I did my sleep study last night too!!! I was the exact same way...couldn't get to sleep and couldn't sleep on my stomach. I tried to get comfy on my side but it just wasn't working for me. (I have never been a back sleeper) I came home so exhausted and slept all morning! I'm sure it was not an accurate test!
  2. Oh my goodness...I'm 42 and looking forward to the life changes. Well as far as loosing weight goes...LOL! I'm currently going through the tests, etc. I can't wait to get my date!
  3. Thanks for the welcome! Just freaking out about something new I guess. How easy/hard is it to travel with? I'm so excited about the weight loss journey that I plan on traveling more after I hit my goal. I would love to take a cruise as a reward!
  4. Thanks devichan.
  5. Hope everyone is doing well here! Forgive me for I am a newbie! I started out going to a seminar in March and had my consultation April 11. I was told that I would need to have an EGD, evaluation and they really wanted me to have a sleep study. I am scheduled for the evaluation May 6 and EGD May 7. I just got a call that they wanted to do the sleep study TONIGHT!!! Seriously?!?! Talk about moving fast!!! I'm really excited about getting things done so quickly though. I opted to do the study Friday instead due to work being so crazy right now. I'm really struggling with the idea I may have sleep apnea. I know it's ok but I'm such a light sleeper that I'm worried about the noise of the CPAP. I'm really hoping that by losing weight it will help me with not having to have a machine. I know there are a lot of other people that do just fine with it. I just don't really want one. Anyone else feel this way?!?! After you have a CPAP do you ever not have to have it?!?! Just curious...and nervous!!!
