I'm 5 days post op. My doctors office follows the "green zone guidelines" and I have the no liquids 30min before or after meals. I don't think 30min being "stuck" "food just sitting there" is going to damage my "pouch"? Maybe I'm wrong but just my opinion and my doctors and that is what I will do!

So glad to hear these responses! I was really mourning popcorn when I was told I wouldn't be able to have it anymore. I will try once I'm at that food stage and chew chew chew and hope for the best!

Sounds good so far! I am a west valley girl at heart so don't know many east valley locations. I have been to the chandler mall though once with work! Lol Come on people we need more input!!

Thank you for the post! Being only 5 days post op I am in the "what the heck did I do to myself stage!" It's nice seeing veteran bandsters so successful and knowing with hard work this tool can and will make me just as successful!

Honestly I'm starving BUT it's head hunger! I can move to mushy's on Thursday and can't wait! My muscles are sore but I think it's from sleeping wrong- trying not to sleep on my stomach and the fact the the incisions are on my upper fat roll lol and it needs support when laying down. The worst pain was actually peeling my fat rolls apart due to the iodine making them stick together. It's not a bad surgery at all You will do great!

Yay! Glad the ball is rolling in the right direction for you! Please keep us posted on your journey! It can get bumpy but is well worth the wait I am 5 days post op today!!

Ok we need to get a general idea of were everyone is located and best time/day to meet and how far you are willing to travel to meet???

Well at least it didn't get canceled altogether! Too bad they can't move it up for you.

It's hard to let them breath when two of the incisions are up under my boobs I am trying as best I can to keep them clean and dry

Congrats! Losing 25lbs is a great start! Please keep us posted on your journey! I am only 4days post op and its an uphill challenge but well worth the effort! I am also 34 and I have a son and daughter no husband...yet Best of luck on your yellow brick road!

You should be able to get them in any grocery store in the ice cream section with the rest of the popsicles. I am cheap so I get he store brand.

All those are great things to have! I am 4 days postoperative and the one thing I had to go get today was Vagasil cream (I know TMI) but the IV antibiotic given at the hospital and the antibiotic 5 days post op wrecked havoc on my system! Good luck with everyone's up coming surgeries!!

Running to the bathroom? Not me I have only urinated since surgery 4 days ago. Not looking forward to the day I can finally go!
