Had the same issue- it something that effects all of us diffrently but it is something that I still struggle with almost daily.. .I was banded in Jan, and have learned so much about myself ... remember that is it and easy process, and there is a lot of mental factors to take into consideration! Stay positive you can do! =) Keep us posted
