  1. Hello everyone, i just had my lap band surgery on wednesday may 8th.. so i am 2 days post op. Feeling okay, just experiencing alot of pain from the gas. im looking forward to experiecing this journey with everyone.
  2. i was on the liver shrinking diet for about a week prior and was only consuming broths, yogurt, and lots of water. so your right i probably dont have much to move. thank you for the advice!
  3. thank you! i am just continuing to move around, but i am weak so i am taking alot of naps as well. how much walking did you do after surgery? i want to make sure im getting enough.
  4. hi i am on day 2 post op. any suggestions on if the chewable or the strips are easier to get down with the gas x? im going to go get some because i am having really intense gas pains and bloating.
  5. Hello everyone, I am on my 2nd day post op. I am having really bad pains from the gas and havent had a bowel movement since tuesday (the day before my surgery). I was told gas x helps and miralax. any advice on if the strips or the chewables are easier to get down? i am feeling really tight in my chest area and can only drink water and broth a little bit at a time. any info would be helpful. i am starting to burp a little bit but i would prefer to have it come out the other end considering the burping hurts! thank you!
