  1. I feel better about things now. It's good to know that I'm not the only one experiencing/had experienced these feelings. I'm still learning how to maneuver this forum and don't know how to respond to each of you individually. Thanks everyone for your responses!
  2. Hello All, Now that my surgery is scheduled and I have completed all my pre-op test, I'm beginning to second guess my decision. My BMI is 38 and most people think that I'm crazy to undergo a surgery to lose weight when I can just diet and exercise. I've tried most weight loss measures available even some experimental but still can't keep the weight off. I know I need to do something because I recently had a scare with my blood pressure increasing and causing me to have dizzy spells. Has anyone else experienced these emotions?
