    I need help My stomach sounds like a toilet is being flushed/plunged It's so loud that people at work have asked if I was ok. Sometimes it sounds like a fart and other times it's worse I don't think it's lap band related because the noise is coming from my lower abdomen (no where near the band) I work in sales and can't have these noises when i'm with a client (happened today and it was mortifying, I almost died of enbarassment )
