Last night I felt terrible I guess now I know the feeling when you drink to much and too fast. It's very uncomftable. My pain is a lot better i slept on my side yupi. But now this morning took my blood pressure pill and I can fill it in my throat and is very uncomftable also. I guess that's the feeling of being stuck. I hope it goes away soon.

thank you for your words they help. I hope everything goes well for you. As per me I'm trying my hardest I want to lose weight I want to be healthy I want to prove to my self that I can. Keep up the good work. Remember vitamins and water water. Water water and more water

and one more month of clear liquid diet. Until June 11th my next appt. yupy

Went to nutricionist . She says got to drink more water cause if I don't I can get kidney stones because I'm taking calcium suplements

My doctor has you see the nutritionist first if nutricionist says its ok. Then you advance. But for me is 1 month clear liquid then 1 month full liquid then 1 month muchies

Haven't heard from you for a while .hoping you both doing fine. Looking forward for any of your updates. Finally after breakfast (hot tea) took my vitamins then took a nap that nap was very good I slept like 4 hours and it felt good woke up rested no pain only when bending. Now back to doing laundry then going for a walk. Laters... Hoping to hear from you. Take care....

Day 3 had to run some earnings. It was ok I got tired easy. Went to dr he said everything ok went out with friends and family to eat I had soup broth off curse. Slept a little better is not the pain is that I'm used to sleep on my side and still can't the back of my head hurts from sleeping on my back with like 3 pillows

Greek yogurt , lf cottage cheese.and I think tuna is in your mushi diet along with cream of chicken soup

Today is day 2. My biggest incision hurts when I sit and when I get up feels like I'm going to burst it open. I'm scared I'm going to hurt something also no bending that hurts a lot the other incisions don't even feel them

Thank you for your best wishes . I have benn walking in circles inside the house.my dog thinks I'm crazy.lol. My throat is killing me. Thank you for letting me vent with you guys since I choose no to tell nobody to talk about it. My husband been a great help

Home now full of gas uncomftable. I'm hurting but a little

Ok this is it. I'm so nervous. Can't sleep been awake , only slept 3 hours.

I'll be on clear liquid diet for 4 weeks. Wow I guess every doctor is diferent

.. My liquid diet getting better. I work in a deli next to the bakery first day the cakes were calling me. Today fried chicken was calling . But I haven't cheated . Surprising that the chicken broth tastes good I have lost 4 pounds in 2 days. Thanks. And I hope everything goes well with you. Believe me your posts helps a lot.

Wow good luck on your surgery. I wish I was like you. I'm already nervous wierd dreams and all and my surgery is the 7 th.

Wow counting down the days. Please write your surgery espirience it will be helpfull and I guess helps with the nerves hearing from a real person

At least you get protein shakes. My doctor put me on clear liquid diet. Juice , water , broth, power aide zero , sf jello and sf Popsicle. I have to do this starting may1 until may6 getting banded the 7th
