  1. I am going on my 4th year of baning in a few months. I have lost up to 65 pounds but have gained and I am now at 50 pounds lost. My stomach keeps stretching out and I've had to remove the saline twice now. I go back to the doctor tomorrow to get saline put back in. I'm so let down. I just hope it works this time. I was told to not eat at least 4 hours before bedtime, and to stop eating the minute I feel a little full. Sometimes when I work late that is just not possible. Anyone else there having problems with stomach stretching? I would also love to hear what everyone else eats on a regular day. I get inspiration from what others do.
