  2. Hi! I've had the lap band for 2 years and embarrassingly admit to still not having a grasp on the whole idea of it. I still throw up and until a few months ago, lost 70lbs but am close to gaining it all back. I just need support!
  3. The number one thing is don't overeat. Start off slowly. I've had mine for over a year and I still throw up if I eat too much.
