  1. I had my surgery Wednesday! Day after my birthday, what a great present! Down 7 pounds already. Eating sugar free pudding, jello, ice pops, juices, soups, protein shakes, yogurt, and grits.
  2. I just had my surgery on Wednesday. I'm doing a lot better today. Haven't eaten much and already lost 7 pounds. I have had sugar free pudding, light Greek yogurt, soups, protein shakes, juices. I'm never hungry but I know I have to have something multiple times a day so I'm not starving myself. Pain is much better, yesterday I did vomit which I am worried about... Has anyone vomited?
