I been wondering why after a fill it don't take long before im hungry again.like 3 or 4 weeks. So I been thinking that the needle is put in the port to put the saline in to fill the band. so does that mean that it leaks out the hole that's put in the port to give me a fill,?? I mean, it is a hole with a needle.and the more fills means the more holes in the port and maybe the more saline leaks?? im asking if anyone knows?

Ive had 3 fills since april 2013 .I am able to eat quite a lot.and get hungry more frequent. Its taking more food to satisfy me. Does this mean I need a fill? Is this always going be what happens when I need a fill?

I had campbells tomato soup . you aren't fully tightened down yet.just sip it.

HI there, I felt exactly the same way.I thought I was having a funeral for food and beer,and I almost didn't go to the hospital the day of surgery.luckily my daughters talked me into facing my fear and accepting that I hadn to have it done. I can eat very well and you will be able to.you don't leave the hospital tightened up.you will be able to tell your dr if you want a fill. it doesn't happen overnight.I eat pretty much anything I want.dont worry you will do fine. good luck
