    AFRAID!

I've been having stomach pain for about a week and I'm not sure why. It kind of feels like a lot of bloating and gas. I've tried hot ginger tea which always helps but not this time...the only thing different I've done is drink coffee after a couple of months with out it....I'm really worried and I hope it isn't a slip because I'm just beginning to lose consistantly (banded 3/7/13...-44 lbs)! :-(

    FAIL!

I was banded on 3/7/13 and I've only been on solids for a week and have already gained 4lbs. I'm ashamed to say I've over indulged in old habits even with smaller portions. I knew it would be hard but its harder than I could've even fathomed. I am regrouping and cleaning out the cupboard. Back to the beginning for me!

    FAIL!

I've been MIA, went back to work and have been running ragged ever since lol...I just got my second fill today bringing me to 5cc and -4lbs. The weight is coming off slowly but I'm on track. I am integrating more excercise and finding workout buddies. Haven't had time to log meals in the meal tracker but will try to get back on track with that...its just so tedious at times. Anyway thx for reading! :-)

    Banded March 7th

Doing well, I received my 1st fill 2days ago (4cc tot.) down 16lbs from surgery date and now I can to start exercising more not that I love the sweating (lol) ...Regardless, I'm excited for the weather to get better so I can do outdoor activites that I haven't done in years!! GL to all you!

    FAIL!

Thanks Labwalker, I'm beginning to get the hang of it. We're retraining our brains! @ Areomech, GL I hope all goes well! :-) You will prob get slight swelling once you get a fill so just be aware that what you feel initially may likely subside....I am beginning to understand "head hunger" and drink water (45 min-hr after eating) everytime I "feel" the need to eat even after I've already eaten.(head hunger or boredom hunger) smh old habits die hard but I know it'll get easier as I get back into fun activities that once kept me busy and fit.
  8. Wow thats strange! Doesn't look like mucus though so it's a good thing you saved some to show docs. they should test it. I hope all goes well and please keep us updated!

    FAIL!

Just an update, I regained control and lost the 4lbs plus 1lbs. I received my first fill yesterday 4/12/13 and that brings me to 4cc. I feel slight swelling but I'm hopeful that I will feel some restriction once it goes away. I will work my hardest to chg my poor old habits. I thank you all for your encouragement!
