I am so excited approved by Aetna within 48 hrs. I was surprised they approved so quickly.

Yes mine was from a pcp or they said any doctor that weighed me. Well my weight was 230 to 260 from the past years. Best wishes as you start your journey

Thanks.... I have pos open access 2. I had to do 4 mos including psych eval. My bmi is over 40 no other issues. They also required 2 yrs medical records that I have been over weight.
