  1. I too have been having 'fat' days. I love hot Cheetos, Mexican, etc. which is why my weight ballooned. I've had numerous fills since my surgery in January of 13. I thought I was getting close to my green zone but decided to go further. I had a small fill which brought my band to 7.5 out of a 10cc band. Needless to say I couldn't hardly eat. My band was inflamed and they had to take out 1 cc to reduce swelling. I made my appointment to start fulling up again but kept missing them. So it was about 2 months after my reduction that I finally made it to my appointment. And ever since then I feel like I haven't been quite so full. And even more recently I've been able to eat more. On a few occasions I have over ate. ; ( Not to mention I'm slightly a hypercondriac so I'm worried that ill do something horrible to my band if it hasn't already happened.
  2. So I was banded about a month and half ago. I had thought I didn't have any Fluid in my band so after a few days on the liquid diets I went rogue. Horrible horrible idea, I know. Needless to say I felt like crap emotionally and still kinda do. Here I am paying for everything out of pocket and can't seem to satisfy my urges. I finally started to eat better before my fill and when I went in I had lost 10 pounds. Now it's almost time for another fill (3 weeks) and I've only lost 5 pounds. Today I have decided that I will become more strict and do the required Protein Shakes and add in Fiber. But I can't deny that I'm still depressed. I have continued to eat improper things, some without harm. I'm extremely worried that I have slipped my band. But I don't have any of the signs. Thoughts? Comments? Btw how do you post a before picture?! Has anyone thought of over eaters anymoums?
  3. I totally understand. I had my first full 2.5 weeks ago and have only lost 5 pounds. It's discouraging and then I make bad food choices.
