  1. I had my lapband surgery over 4 years ago so even though I've been doing this for quite awhile, I still struggle with food sitting comfortably. For instance, the past week or so no food of any substance (vegetables, proteins) has sat comfortably in my stomach. I pretty much always struggle with Protein of any kind, even when I cook it down so it's really tender. I follow all the suggestions about eating slowly, measuring food out, etc. I'm just struggling right now and need some support. Any tips would be really appreciated.
