  1. I feel your pain. I had my surgery in 2010 ,lost 49 lbs and put back on 18 of them. I've not been able to take the weight off on my own and will be calling the office on Monday to schedule an appointment to start over. I fell off the bandwagon lost my way and became totally uncomitted to the process because I wanted have my cake and eat it too! I did not go in for follow-up fills and as a result starting gaining. Thank God for second and third and fourth chances. This is such a journey and I realize I cannot compare myself to anyone else, hence discouragement and the cycle begins again. My weight is due to my emotional eating. Trying to get a grip! I encourage you to hang in there and do the work. I jumping back in the saddle again.
