  2. I packed an overnite bag, but was doing well enough that evening that the doctor let me go home the same day.
  3. Today is day 7 for me. I went back to work yesterday and served in kids ministry at church on Sunday. Everyone is different, but I suspect you'll be okay if you go easy.
  4. I bet it is from the CO2 gases the doctors use during laparoscopy surgery. It can radiate to you shoulders even. It should improve soon. GasX may help.
  5. Hi Hopefully, I am 4 days out from being banded with plication. Seemed like I turned a corner yesterday. I don't have nearly as much soreness today as before. I've tried to walk quite a bit too, I think that helped.

  7. I had Lapband with plication this week, on Tuesday. The band is placed on top of the stomach and the bottom greater curvature of the stomach is folded inward and stitched, making the stomach about the size of a banana. I've recovered really well. Went home the same day as my surgery, and I plan to return to work on Monday.
