From tomorrow I need to change my eating , ta I can have cartage cheese ( but 3 months I eat that I m board from cartage cheese) I don't know what's happening I'm feeling very healthy

My Surgary was on July 14

First my Doctore visit I was 225 ponds, Surgary day I was 204, now I'm 164 a week I have same wight and its Badring me a lot

When is was your Surgary ? And how many pounds you lost? Before my Surgary my Husbend beg me don't eat now he is so worry about me , now he is begging me to eat
